Not at all! When I was shopping around for a new isp, I asked them all whether they had a policy of blocking p2p for any reason. Ask them what their policy is 1st, then tentatively put it to them you've been having probs with p2p & whether they can fix it for you. After all, you're paying for a service & if it doesn't say anything in the contract (read the small print also) about blocking p2p then they have no right to (that's the way the law works in my country [middle earth] but I don't know about elsewhere. Unless I research it & that sounds like too much hard work for the entire world - international law was enough for me.)
