Hello,
I seem to have a problem connecting to the network. On rare occasions, it will let me on, but for the most part it remains disconnected. I know it's not my anti-virus software, and I tried a few of the suggestions given in this forum, but nothing seems to work. I am starting to get very frustrated considering that I paid for this service and I can never use it. If anyone has suggestions, I'm completely open to them. I have windows professional xp and norton antivirus software.
