Its absolut no problem. We do it the old way trash by view.
We just add a rules which forbids to post magnet links and that only "special" people are allowed to do it. This way we donīt need to check the links we just delete it.

The difference is that we arenīt responsible for shareaza forums, when the admi is living with the risk its his personal choice. btw do you know where their server is placed? This could be a very important point...
