It's something that happens from time to time (more-so with OS9 & earlier versions.) There's one painful technique of of getting them back. And that's searching for them individually & selecting them to dwnld (whilst having them in your incomplete folder.) If they don't continue where the should be, delete them from the dwnld pane & choose another choice from the search window. There's still no 100% chance this will always work!
