All Uploads immediate xfer interrupted I have searched and read all info regarding this issue but have yet to resolve it.

All transfers are interrupted within 1 second of their request to download. My router port is being forwarded and I have no problem with any other application using port forwarding. I have a static ip address from my ISP. NO OTHER FIREWALL is being used. Downloads and searches are fine.
Can someone please help?
