Has anyone ever recieved a reply from LW Pro Support?? I have asked them questions about connection problems and LW locking up my system, but I can't seem to even get a reply.

I would just like to get some sort of reply, the only reason I paid for Pro was for the support feature, and I feel like I just wasted 18 bucks!
