I can generally only get about 10% of my bandwith as a maximum value for the rate of my downloads (combined).

I was wondering if this is standard for all users or if any have found ways of increasing the maximum values by altering any aspect of their setup.

I know how to alter the upload/ download options etc., this is not an aspect of my request. The speeds I refer to are the max values when my system is performing at its best. Is this just the normal rate of transfer for LW or can better be obtained?
