There's something blocking LW's access. It doesn't sound like a total block though. Please supply the following info.: OS version, SP's, Java version, connection type, LW version, Router type, firewall types, anti-virus apps, where you're connecting from; home, work, school, etc. Any other relevant information that you think may help.
