I'm not understanding the last part of your question. The scorecard on my beta is 3UP-0-0-0-0 is that what you mean. Are you acting as an UltraPeer (is this option ticked in your Speed options/prefs)? To increase efficiency, share a reasonable no. of files so you can connect to more people.
