Don't worry about the bug report: just set your options to Bug Reports-> Always discard.

Apple, LimeWire and others have given up on Java for OS 9, so even the report won't help the future.

Sigh--OS X is becoming the only real optionn if you want to keep up with filesharing on the Mac.
