Probably the best way to delete files from our incomplete folder is to delete them via LW's Library window (but you need to be VERY careful to select the right ones!!!) But you need to delete them from the LW's Dwnld window 1st before you do this. That way the download.dat file which records their progress is updated. By deleting outside of LW & with them still listed on LW's dwnld present dwnld list, I guess it has upset LW's dwnld prefs.
Solution, I do not normally recommend to force resume files b/c as you found, a high % of the time they begin at 0%. The safest way is to manually search for the sources & reselect them to dwnld. If you haven't chosen the right one, then delete it from the dwnld window & select another from the search results. Likewise, this is what you should do now. Delete them from the dwnld window. Search for their resources & dwdld them as you normally would. Again, if they start at 0%, you know you haven't got the right one. There's a much greater chance of successfully getting them to resume where they should resume doing it this way, but, it takes a lot of your time b/c you have to do each one individually. You need to be patient & persevere. There's no 100% chance this will succeed but in my experience it usually works for me. |
