Please help, I have installed today.

I have checked my firewall connections and downloaded and installed everything.

I get an error message, which is heaeded Error.

In the box, it says 'Your save directory is not valid. It may have been deleted (i DONT THINK IT HAS) you may not have permission to write to it, or there may be another problem. Please choose another directory.

I press ok and get a box, listing directories to save to. I choose a directory and press select and nothing happens. The error message then starts again.

I have reinstalled 3-4 times and I cannot get ver this problem.

I have aol 9.0 the firewall is off.

I have norton and have configured the firewall correctly.

I am not technical on the computer, so please speak english when attempting to help me.
