At present it's not easy to block everything like that. There's 2 options I can suggest. Both are to go to your keyword filters (a) tick ignore Adult content option & (b) add .jpg, .exe & .wmv to your keyword filter & press both the Apply & ok buttons. You can add/delete keywords anytime.
