It sounds as though it's in red b/c you've accidentally deleted it from the dwnld window. 1st 2 options I think of are: re-search the file's name & re-select to dwnld. If it doesn't start at 90% then you have selected the wrong one. Delete that from the dwnld window & select another from the search results.

It is possible to force resume a file from the incomplete folder, BUT I do not recommend it. It has a nasty habit of starting from 0% when using that technique.
