I still can't connect after reading your suggestions I have read through many of the messages relating to connection problems and have tried the solutions that were suggested, but I still can't connect. The icon at the bottom of the screen won't go past 'connecting'
I have tried all the suggestions about the windows XP service pack 2 firewall and have enabled Norton software as suggested, as well as downloading the 'purger', but nothing seems to work.
I use windows XP and one-tel broadband.
I am new to all tis and am not very computer literate. Can anybody give me some plain English suggestions about what to do next? Please!
