I do not have anyone uploading from me. I have a fast connection
and its dowloading soooo slow!!!! I even tried a test as suggested, set my upload slots and such to ZERO, then try to download a song...its at a snails pace at a 3-4. Then I killed the download and put my settings back to where they were.
PLEASE HELP ME!!! I like this place!!!
