If you downloaded the DVD version burn it on a DVD, if you downloaded the CD version burn it on CD or you might have problems during the install and in the game.

Sometimes there are two (or more) CD images in one ZIP archive, sometimes there are some patches added and some other usefull "tools"... download and see.
