1. Excellent is very good & not worth complaining about. You should be happy with it if you have the free version of LW. Turbo charged is the best & is where the quality bar is coloured in blue. (The pro version is generally permanently turbo charged.)
3. # means that's how many sources of the file have been found. eg: if there's 8 in that column, then your search has found 8 people with that identical file.
4. Hits are the no. of times those particular files of yours have been registered in a person's search results.
By the way it is not advisable to run 2 p2p apps simultaneously. Otherwise they'll compete for upld & dwnld bandwidth, & computer ram & processing power.
Perhaps another member would like to answer your other questions & even add more to my answers.
Here's some hints: A well set-up LW can start to automatically continue its dwnlding after it's settled down perhaps 2 out of 3 times you open LW.
