I am a new user and cannot seem to download faster that 5 to 12 kb/sec.
I do not know what to do. I have followed the bug report steps that I read somewhere and the "incoming... is "TRUE".

I am using Comcast Highspeed internet.. and I have a Motorola cable modem. Onle one computer.

Please help me!!
