Hey cantab, I know what you mean. I chose a whole bunch of files in LW's Library - files I didn't want to share. I thought I was deleting them from the LIBRARY. Instead they're deleted from DISK. And I mean GONE - not even in the Trash. With no warning at all!!!

I'm gob-smacked. How did this one get through the system and end up on our desktops??!!
This is hanging-offense programming!

And no, I didn't hold down Command, or any other key. And I didn't empty the Trash....
