That's probably why you can't connect! Nowadays many colleges deliberately block p2p use b/c it uses up too much bandwidth & dwnld totals which they pay big money for. You can try to force ip:
Force IP instructions & sample image Else try other port no.'s You should ask the network staff if they block p2p.
