No problem about the thread. Just odd seeing a question about a newer version in a thread that's titled with the older one.

The installers are poorly named. Both will install the absolute same version of LimeWire. The International one just installs an older version of Java that we can guarantee will display all international characters. The "English" installer will probably also display Thai.
