If & only if you use mac osx you can set this under LW>Prefs>iTunes>Importing & tick Enable iTunes importing.

If you use Windows/Linux I don't believe this is possible yet. What you will notice if you open iTunes is that there is a playlist for all mp3's dwnlded thru LW. This only applies to LW 4.2 This is purely a reference to the files & does not mean the files exist is iTunes own library. You'd need to manually Add them to iT! OR you could try to use the Consolidate Library command in iTunes (Advanced>Consolidate) but I don't know if this will work or not. (I use mac.)
