These are simply what's known as mirror sites, ie: they have the same thing. Just choose the one closest to you. I dwnlded mine from France but I live over the opposite side of the world! lol

Oh to make VLC the default to play movies, highlight one of these files (outdise of LW) & go to File>Properties>Open with... & select VLC. ANd choose always open with.
