Ihave cable I usually get DL speeds of up to 100K. I upgrade to XP sp2 and sincethen the highest speed Ive gotten is 5K. Its usually 0K(zero). My limewire is also unstable , It hangs alot, and generates errors. I downloaded the latest version and it still hangs and slow speeds. Also JAVAW seems to be eating a lot of CPU cycles. I downloaded a new copybut same results...
