No not at present. What happens with LW 4.2 is that your LW dwnlds become a playlist within iTunes called Limewire. I'm not sure whether this list can be imported to an iPod or not, chances are it won't be organised as it should as iTunes would normally do (artist, album, etc.) And it is simply a playlist (doesn't add the tunes to the main library like you want.)
