Each time you open LW your dwnlds should continue where they left off. eg: if a file was at 48% completed when you close LW, next time you open LW it should resume from 48%
Do NOT use the Resume button from the Library window. This will most of the time force files to start from 0%!!!
I also don't recommend using the Resume button on the Search/Dwnld window on too many files. This can result in your files queuing for much, much longer than normal. It is much moe effective & better for both your LW & teh gnutella's health if you manually search for sources for your incomplete files.
Here's some hints: A well set-up LW can start to automatically continue its dwnlding after it's settled down perhaps 2 out of 3 times you open LW.

Part B which is even better & last & least are
search & dwnld hints. The latter one I've been thinking about re-writing for some time. That's just for playing it safe. eg- I show all speeds & qualities.
