Well are you talking about Limewire, Gtk-Gnutella, Shareaza, Swapper, GNucleus, Morpheus, Gtella, Gnutella, Phex, Napshare, Bearshare, etc.? The section you posted in has nothing to do with handling these types of issues. That's why it's been at least temporarily moved here until we can clear this up.
