Which window did you delete them from? If it was the Library window then the only chance you have of retrieving them is using a file recovery utility or unerase program. Norton Utilities has one. Also see here: http://www.tucows.com/filerecovery95_default.html

Else search the forum for recover or recovery. I know I posted a link to some other good ones.

You should stop using LW until you use a file recovery app otherwise you may write over the area where the files were stored.
