There was one that turns out to be crap. Search the forum for it if you want to. But it is basically a con. LW's developer said they looked at it & it turned out to be rubbish. So basically the answer is no.

For accelerating your system you can optimise by cleaning up files you don't need & defragmenting regularly. Keep Windows closed so nothing can get in. lol New Windows errors found!
