We use NAT as well, and I know that our administrators wouldn't change the settings for a few users. It's not that they disagree with putting Gnu on the network, it's just that they don't have time to change stuff that only affects a few users.
I agree with Travis - proxy support is an important part of the program and should be added.
Gnu would probably get 50% more users... there are constantly topics in the Support forum about Proxy support and "push" problems when two computers are behind firewalls and they can't talk with each other. |
