How many more are going to be ripped off? It seems like every week some poor uninitiated internet user shells out money for nothing, thinking they have joined a club for life, got unlimited downloads or bought into some other unbelievable offer.
One of the things, I believe, why new internet users keep getting caught out is that all these "rip-off" stories are scattered throughout different Gnutella Forums, making them difficult to find.
If all these stories were gathered together, put into one forum under one title and made accessible (searchable) via Google (and other search engines) then they could be used as an "anti-rip-off" resource.
So when new internet users go searching for the unobtainable, and end up finding adverts designed to part them from their money, they will also find these tales of woe. That way they may be tempted to read about other users experiences before buying a load of "nothing" from the con artists.
