I think there should be some kind of limit as to how many times a file can be downloaded off of a person before you give people a chance to download somthing different check out this screenshot of a really popular file i had on my pc



I try to cancel their downloads when i get so many request so less popular or rare files can be spread too but the request just keep coming back so its kinda useless to cancel peoples downloads
