I'm having this problem as well, and I'm also an Insight customer in the Cincy area. Tried the above fixes, and nothing. For fun, I took my router out of the equation entirely, and I'm connected directly, but still nothing. Strangely, WinMX seems to still work. I see posts by lots of Insight users with this proble, but are there any (especially in my area) that are NOT having the problem? For once in my life I chose to actually purchase a program I use often, and suddenly I can't use it. It's more than a tad frustrating. |
