If you have iTunes, then as soon as you connect your iPod it will updarte with iTunes playlist. If not you can do it manually under iTunes's File menu.

Of course for mac osx iTunes will automatically import songs from LW. But for Windows, you'll need to add them using other techniques such as here: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=32626

If you don't have iTunes, then either get it or import your songs using a similar technique via the m3u playlist file.
