I had the same issue. I re-started (rebooted) windows so all possible activities regarding LW were deactivated/killed - be that java or whatever. Oh & I also removed any folders belonging to LW out of the tray. After the restart everything was fine during the installation. I'd recommend downlding the installer & not installing over the net. Actually I had another small side issue but it was the same principle & same fix.
