80's English post-punk/new wave, had lyrics, "...I want a Mini Cooper immune from endorsements...I want a million dollars, but I don't wanna pay taxes, unless it's just a penny in the pound...I'm not asking, but I'm receiving...this is everything I've been wanting..." Google has been no help, nor have countless other forums; just thought I'd check.
