No I don't think the solution is easy. I had sonic (notice past tense). I had problems with the program burning correctly. I attempted over the course of a month working with DELL & Sonic Tech support. Never did resolve the issue. I still have the software around here somewhere collecting dust. After getting nowhere with them. I switched to nero ultra and roxio. I mainly use nero now, but what nero can't handle roxio does.
Best of luck trying to resolve your problem. My issue was that sonic would never correctly recognize my DVD+RW DL, The problem was with the driver for the DVD+RW DL. When I switched software the problem went away. |
