Any file you see in the incomplete folder is just that; incomplete! Once it reaches 100% downlded then LW will physically move the file to the LW downld folder (whatever name you gave it or the default is Shared files.) Or you can check a recently fully downlded folder via the LW library by selecting the Saved Files folder ...
