I was having some problems when I was buying my copy of LImewire pro, and I ended up being charged $18.88 3 times for the download.

I really like the program and want to continue using it, but I just need 2 of the Order ID's refunded.

I have sent 2 emails to the support and have not gotten a response yet.

Can someone tell me how to go about getting help with this?
