Thanks for your tip. I'm afraid it still doesn't work.
A message is coming up saying
'Adobe Reader couldn't open 'userguide [1] zip' because it's either not a supported file or because file has become corrupted
(eg sent as email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded').
Any more thoughts?
