Hmmm not sure in windows98. You could try and download and install the program again if it will let you, and then see if the uninstaller is there, then remove.
Or you could use your windows explorer hightlight the file or folder and delete them that way. (Delete shoud be under the file button)
You can then "google" for a registry cleaner. There are several free ones out there. This should clean any unwanted registry entries left behind.
