Here's a starting point: http://www.videohelp.com/sefy/ You want to shrink the dvd down to SVCD size so it may need to be in 2 parts (equivalent of 2 cd's.) Or just convert the whole movie down to cd size which will requires a reasonable codec to do it at reasonable quality such as DivX. ALso check out their forum.
