Immediate suggestion; make a note of your LW setting & then delete the LW prefs folder as in here: Fixes for Limewire And perhaps get read of some of those incomplete files that have been hanging around for some time at 0% & their counterparts on the downld list.

This problem is not something that should be happening regularly.
