No. Your partially downlded files are recorded in preference files called download.dat & bak. These are stored in your incomplete folder. So as long as you install in the same location & maintain your LW preferences & same downld location then all will be fine. If you are presently using LW 4.2 or earlier then you should use the Add/Remove Control panel to remove LW.
