Hmmm not sure about windows 2000 but on WindowsXP there is a registry entry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LimeWire

That is the registry entry location in WindowsXP. It may be different in Windows 2000.

I couldn't find any other entries that were made specificaly by LimeWire but there may be others.
