i'm using limewire 4.8

when i make a new search, a tab pops up, displaying the title or artist that i searched for as well as a number in parentheses, and i realize this represents the number of search hits. however, whenever i make a search with a number of hits that is rather large(say around 500), the number in the parentheses would be 500 whatever, but the number of hits in the actual window will be considerably less. is this normal? is there supposed to be another window somewhere displaying the rest of the results?
