Ok, I deleted LW again...
Did the Virus scan, nothing there.
Reloaded LW, and same thing. LW opens, I see the homepage, but as soon as "Loading Digital Audio Access Protocol" starts on the bottom, it automatically shuts down.

Any more suggestions?
