Did you download these songs from T3 sources? See: T3 Spammers (click on link) & take the advice.

The reason you can't delete them might be b/c somebody is trying to upload them. Wait until you finish your session, close LW, then go to your LW download folder (generally called 'Shared' & under C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared ) & delete them from there.
