The problem is only that one audio file isn't it? If so then I'd suggest it's probably corrupt. Like those others mentioned earlier that come from 'some'T3 sources. How long does it run for? If it runs for 20 or 30 mins then you can try an mp3 fixer mentioned earlier or just dump it.

I was almost going to suggest to you to downld another playback plugin. But QCD will play many, many formats incl. video.
